Yoga Group Classes: small group therapeutic yoga

Have you had a recent injury that you'd like to recover from sooner rather than later? Don't feel like you are ready for a "mainstream" yoga class? Do you wish you had an opportunity for more personalized instruction/guidance but can't book a private session? If so, this class is for you!
"From Injury to Recovery to Strength" is a small group therapeutic yoga class, inspired by Tracy's own healing path following a traumatic injury. If you have had an injury--recent or distant--I'd like to invite you to join me to explore how you might begin to heal from old injury & movement patterns, gain mobility and strength.
Class size is limited to 4 participants in order to provide more individualized instruction and to address any health challenges or questions students may have about their practice. Each student will likely be working on something different in their practice while sharing a common space with other students. Have your questions addressed, learn tools that will help you in cultivating your yoga practice, and become part of a community interested in well-being!
Cost is $15/class.
Individual Therapeutic Yoga

Don't feel like you would "fit in" to group classes?
Looking for personalized instruction?
Needing to heal a specific injury, illness, etc.?
If any of the above resonates, a private session may be just what you need. Providing personalized instruction geared to meet your individual needs, these sessions may be private or semi-private., and may be offered at your location dependent upon instructor availability.
Cost is $65/hour for a maximum of 6 students. Additional students may join for an additional cost. Travel costs may be incurred, depending upon location of sessions, and is up to the discretion of the instructor.
Small Group Therapeutic Yoga
Don't feel like you are ready for a "mainstream" yoga class?

If so, this class is for you!
Limited to 6 participants, arrival times will be staggered in order to allow each student 1:1 time with the yoga instructor in order to provide individualized instruction to address any health challenges or questions you may have about your practice.
Each student will be working on something different in their practice while sharing a common space with other students. Have your questions addrressed, learn tools that will help you in cultivating your yoga practice, and become part of a community interested in well-being!
This class is well-suited to students looking for personalized yoga instruction, those who may be dealing with health issues, those unable to participate in "standard" yoga classes, and those looking to develop a very organic and therapeutic home practice. No prior yoga experience is required, however a 30-60 minute private session and/or group class may be suggested in order to learn some basic yoga poses and principles prior to the first class. Classes are 60 minutes in length and pre-registration is required. Drop-ins only at discretion/prior approval of instructor.
Cost is $10/class.
Yoga Group Classes
Weekly Hatha style yoga classes, aimed at strengthening the core, developing mindfulness, and connecting with like-minded individuals. Learn how to take your yoga practice off the mat and into daily life!
This class is well-suited for those from beginner to intermediate, though advanced students will still benefit. Classes are 60 minutes in length and pre-registration is required. Drop-ins only at discretion/prior approval of instructor.
Cost is $10/class.

If any of these resonate with you, this may be just what the doctor ordered! Each class will incorporate meditation, yoga, and aerobic fitness of your choosing--no prior experience is
required. All levels of fitness are encouraged to attend, as the class will be guided yet self-paced to meet you wherever you are along the fitness continuum. Students should wear comfortable
clothing/shoes, and bring plenty of water and a heart rate monitor (can be ordered for you in advance if you do not currently have one).
Cost is $10/class, and a 1-month commitment is required.

Whether you are a seasoned meditator or just contemplating starting your practice, join us as you are able to share a morning meditation practice.
Done seated or supine (lying down), we will come together as a community for 30 minutes of meditation. Starting out with simple instruction and guidance, each student will have the opportunity to choose a style of meditation that suits them best.
There is no fee for this class, but participants are invited (though not expected) to make a contribution to Abundant Wellness Center LLC which will be donated to charity (new charities chosen each month).
Optional donation is $10/class, and pre-registration is required.
